Registration Information 2017

Application Rules and Information

We are proud to announce the 2017 Attack Summer Classic.  This is the 7th Annual tournament and will be held August 18-21, 2017. This is a Class 1 tournament open to teams registered with USYSA, US Club Soccer and AYSO.

All teams will have the opportunity to play at the SoCal Sports Complex in Oceanside, CA.  This beautiful complex with more than 20 fields is located less than 3 miles inland from the beautiful beaches of southern California; 90 minutes from Disneyland, an hour from the Mexican border and minutes away from other well-known San Diego attractions, including the internationally renowned San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, SeaWorld and LEGOLAND California.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds will be made to all teams not accepted.
  2. Refunds will be made if the tournament is cancelled due to weather or Acts of God, but approximately one-third of the entry fee will be retained.
  3. Teams that drop in writing prior to the entry deadline of July 15th will be given refunds less any administrative fees that have been incurred.  No refunds will be granted for teams dropping after July 15th.

Registration and Scheduling:

All teams will be required to check-in at their field one hour before their first scheduled game.  Failure to register will result in disqualification.  Both the 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 season player identification cards will be accepted at check-in.

We will do all that we can to accommodate coaches with multiple teams, but we cannot guarantee that schedules will be free of conflicts, particularly once a team gets into elimination rounds.  Coaches that have multiple teams and need help with tournament coverage need to have in writing to the tournament the teams they are coaching by the application deadline (July 15) in order for the tournament to assist with schedules.

Hotels:

The 2017 Attack Summer Classic is a “Stay & Play” Tournament, which means that teams traveling from outside the area into North San Diego County are required to stay in hotels that are approved by the Tournament as a condition of participation.  All teams requiring overnight accommodations MUST secure then through our hotel partner Maverick Sports Travel on their website.  Failure to do so may result in the team not being scheduled.
