Application Rules and Information
We Are Back! The 13th Annual Attack Summer Classic will take place the weekend of August 12-14, 2022. Please be aware that some Friday afternoon games may be scheduled. This is an unrestricted tournament sanctioned by US Club Soccer and open to all teams registered and in good standing with any US Soccer Federation affiliate. Registration is open to teams from U8 to U19 (2015-2004 birth years).
All teams will have the opportunity to play at the SoCal Sports Complex in Oceanside, CA. This beautiful complex with more than 20 fields is located less than 3 miles inland from the beautiful beaches of southern California: 90 minutes from Disneyland, an hour from the Mexican border and minutes away from other well-known San Diego attractions, including the internationally renowned San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, SeaWorld, and LEGOLAND California.

Registration and Scheduling:
All teams will be required to check-in prior to the start of their first game. Check-in will either be accomplished online or if at the field one hour before the team’s first scheduled game. Failure to check-in will result in disqualification. Either 2021/2021 or 2022/2023 season player identification cards will be accepted at check-in, and they must all be from the same year and same association.
We will do all that we can to accommodate coaches with multiple teams, but we cannot guarantee that schedules will be free of conflicts, particularly once a team gets into elimination rounds. Coaches that have multiple teams and need help with tournament coverage need to have in writing to the tournament the teams they are coaching by the application deadline (July 15th) for the tournament to assist with schedules.
Hotels:
The 2022 Attack Summer Classic is a “Stay & Play” Tournament, which means that teams traveling from outside the area into North San Diego County are required to stay in hotels that are approved by the Tournament as a condition of participation. All teams requiring overnight accommodations MUST secure then through our hotel partner. More information will be sent via email once a team has registered. Failure to do so may result in the team not being scheduled.
